1.) We will not be held liable for any damages incurred as a result of your failure to protect your personal information.

3.) Our session with you will be considered valid when you make due payment and payment has been verified.
4.) If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice to avoid the $50 cancellation fee.
5.) Please arrive on time but no earlier than 10 minutes before your booked appointment time. Late arrivals will be worked into the schedule if time allows.
6.) Please note that Reiki does not substitute your current medical treatment plan. Instead, it is an enhancement to your over the treatment plan.
7.) Reikienergyhealingbyreina.com is in no way providing a 100% assurance of any expectations. Do not replace this with your normal medical treatment plan or diagnosis.
8.) If we are unable to provide you with all of the materials you requested, we will not handle the parts of your request that are inaccessible.
9.) If the fulfilment of any part of a request would be illegal or unlawful, we reserve the right to stop or stop to satisfy the request at any time, including after the items have been despatched or you have been notified that the request is being handled. In such circumstances, you may rest assured that Reikienergyhealingbyreina will pose no danger.

18.) Your request specifies the location or business for delivery. If no one is available at a private or other location at the time of delivery, our messenger will inform you whether your request was left in a designated safe location or returned to the terminal/mailing station.

20.) We will not be liable for any failure to deliver things if it is established that the delay or disappointment was caused entirely or primarily by circumstances beyond our control.
