What is REIKI?
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei, which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power,” and Ki which is “life force energy.” So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.” It is a Japanese technique administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki is a simple, natural, and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use.
I’m Reina, an attuned Reiki master practitioner, and certified Crystal healer. I’m also a natural-born empath and natural-born psychic. My mission is to provide clients with Reiki healing sessions, Crystal Healing, and Tarot card reading to enhance your well-being and help you navigate your everyday life for your best and highest good.
Reiki Therapy Sessions Treating your mind, body & spirit
There is an overall feeling of peace, relaxation, and well-being during a reiki session that can last for days, just from one session. Important !! Reiki treatments are meant to enhance your current medical treatment, not replace them.
It’s non-invasive. Reiki therapy involves laying hands on the fully-clothed patient by the reiki practitioner. The practitioners’ hands travel through 12 different positions, staying in each place 3-5 minutes for a total of about an hour per treatment.
The feeling of invigoration or tranquility results from the fact that Reiki causes the body’s molecules to vibrate at a higher intensity, hence dissolving energy blockages that lead to disharmony and diseases ( based on Chinese medicine).
Reiki works in a subtle way, and in some cases, the client may not feel anything in the physical sense. That doesn’t mean the Reiki energy is not working; every person will have different/ sensations/experiences when receiving Reiki.
